ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (52g) vegetable shortening
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk

steps

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Gently mix together the flour, shortening, and milk.
  3. Pat out the dough and lightly oil the tops.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
